Reed: Hat Trick at Geelong Round of SuperX

Chad Reed continues to dominate the SuperX Series that he helped start in Australia. Last weekend the third round of the series was held at Geelong, Australia.
Reed made things more difficult on himself by not getting the holeshot in any of the three mains. Even with this handicap and just six laps to catch the leaders, Reed showed why he is world champion by quickly moving into the lead and winning each race.

Unfortunately, Dan Reardon, who has shown speed and with a good start could possibly steal races from Reed, got involved in a first turn pileup during the second main and left the track with an apparent shoulder injury.
With the hat trick victory, Reed has a healthy points lead in the series but with four rounds still to go anything could happen. The next round of the SuperX Series will be held in Sydney, Australia November 8.
