02.07.2009
Sunday 28/06 was a fantastic day for Matteo Rabottini (Team Aran Cucine Bls) who won the Under 23 Italian Championship on a Scott Addict .
Matteo made a fantastic action from km 4 before the finish to the end of the race and beat the Italian chronometer champion Alfredo Balloni.

Matteo Rabottini is 21 years old and he comes along his father Luciano Rabottini, who was a professional cyclist between 1981 and 1990 and who won Tirreno-Adriatico in 1986. It's the consecutive second time that one cyclist won the Under 23 Championship on a Scott Addict. Last years the winner was Damiano Caruso (Team Mastromarco Chianti Sensi Grassi).
