Further top results for the Commerzbank Triathlon Team this Sunday: Markus Fachbach dominated International Breisgau Triathlon in Germany in 4:00:04 hours. Timo Bracht and Jan Raphael got second and third at Viernheimer Triathlon behind Sebastian Kienle and in front of Faris Al-Sultan and Michael Göhner who finished sixth and eighth. The Viernheimer Triathlon was the last of five races of the Rhein-Neckar Cup. With a third place at the Rhein-Neckar Cup, the double European Champion Timo Bracht was the best Ironman athlete.

Markus Fachbach after his victory: „I was not lucky so far this season and I am very happy about this success!“ Timo Bracht: „It was a pleasure to compete here and to show a really good performance. I’m already looking forward to the training camp with Markus and Jan in Lanzarote.” Jan Raphael: „This was an important third place in a race with top athletes. This result makes me self-confident. And self-confidence is even more important several weeks prior to Hawaii, facing the toughest training sessions of the year.”
