The new Plasma – For the first time on the Pro Tour

Young Spanish rider Angel "Litu" Gomez rode the new SCOTT PLASMA for the first time during the time trial stage at Lloret de Mar at the 2005 Vuelta a Espana. Gomez was very willing to really test the PLASMA but very quickly, his initial ride on the PLASMA became more than a test and Gomez immediately adopted this new race weapon.
Thanks to its CR1 carbon technology, the PLASMA is the lightest aerodynamic frame in the pro peloton: the frame weighs 980 grams, with the integrated TRUEAERO seat post adding another 300 grams.
The SAUNIER DUVAL PRODIR rider was amazed: “The feel of this frame is incredible; it is very comfortable and the handling is perfect in all kinds of situations”.
