Aaron Olsen picked for Giro d'Italia squad

Scott USA announced today that Saunier Duval-Prodir team rider Aaron Olsen has been chosen for the Giro d'Italia squad. Aaron’s first Grand Tour will be celebrated on the Scott website with daily updates on his performance, race perspective, as well as a complete team report. Fans can follow the progress of this promising American talent by either visiting Scott’s website or by checking the “pink pages” on bicirace.com.

“I am so excited to go to the Giro and work for Simoni and about all of the opportunities presented by joining the Saunier Duval-Prodir team,” remarked Aaron on his selection for the squad. “I will do my best to show that the team made a good decision in sending me there.”

“We are very stoked for Aaron, this inside look at a pro’s first Giro is like a window into his cycling journey. I am very interested in what it feels like rolling up to the line on the first day of the Giro for Aaron,” says Adrian Montgomery. “We hope he can be an asset to Simoni’s quest for another win.”
