Nagl dominates final GP
Faenza was the final round of the World Motocross Championship and both MX1 and MX2 world titles were secured during the weekend.
In the MX1 class, German rider, Max Nagl had a great day and won both motos. Nagl was happy to finish the season with this dominating event victory and with the win finishes the series sixth overall. Nagl’s teammate, Jonathan Barragan, finished third for the weekend and fourth overall in the series.

David Philippaerts is now the 2008 MX1 World Champion. Scott sponsored riders did well in the series with Jonathan Barragan , Joshua Coppins , Max Nagl, and Seb Pourcel all finishing top-ten in overall points.
In the MX2 class, KTM riders Rattray and Searle fought hard for the event win. Searle won for the weekend, but Rattray make sure to place high enough to win the championship. Nicolas Aubin had a tough weekend but had enough solid performances throughout the year to manage a third overall for the championship.

Next for the GP riders is MX des Nations. This event features the three best riders of each country competing as a team. Current MX/SX starts such as Ryan Villopoto and Tim Ferry will be riding in the event as well as such notably GP stars as Seb Pourcel, Nicolas Aubin and Anthony Boissière.
