Coppins Continues MX1 Domination

St. Jean d'Angely, France - Josh Coppins increased his overall lead in the MX1 Championship this past weekend at the French GP. 28,000 were on hand to watch Coppins win the first moto 15 seconds ahead of 2nd place. He played it safe in the second moto, finishing 2nd and gathering enough points to hold onto the overall victory.



Christophe Pourcel is maintaining consistency in MX2 action. He took sencond place at the French GP behind the very fast Cairoli. A rough start kept Pourcel from battling up front with Cairoli, although he showed the fans out there that he has the speed and consistency to keep Cairoli on his toes.

The next round is slated for Bulgaria.
