Chris is very satisfied with his race in Hawaii. After preparing in Palm Springs in very, very hot training conditions, he reached his goal. 



“I hope this is just the beginning,” he told us, overwhelmed by his 19th place finish in his first year as a pro. In the summer 2008, he took third place at IRONMAN USA. It looked like the year couldn’t end any better for the nice guy from the hilly, remote area of Allgäu in Germany.
